Wainscoting Kits Frequently Asked Questions
What makes your kits and service unique?
I differ from other kits in the market for a number of important reasons.
- Each kit is fully sized to your wall, others simply centre on your wall the best you can.
- By actually preparing every individual piece, I work out the exact measurements to get the correct balance while allowing choice in design and panel frequency.
- High quality finger jointed pine - no plastic or MDF options.
- Price - I keep my overheads low with minimal margin on each to provide the best like-for-like value available.

Can I continue the chair rail around corners?
Yes, any kit that has chair rail is supplied with ample additional length to enable mitred cuts around corners or trimming to suit the wall.
Will this save money for me or even a tradesman?
Wainscoting kits are a huge time and energy saver covering the following steps, all packed into a box on your doorstep:

Can I get an in-person measure?
I don't offer a measuring service as kits are offered nationally however I am very happy to answer any questions via email (info@livingwallsjoinery.com.au)
Which areas do you cover?
Delivery is available anywhere in Australia - completed and shipped within 10 days from order. Full installation services are still available on the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
What if I'm not confident or able to install them?
My kits are excellent for a local handyman or carpenter, allowing you to specify exactly the layout, ensure premium materials and most likely still save substantial money due to the majority of the work and therefore time needed taken care of. All kits are supplied with my installation guide and diagram making it extremely fast and easy to follow for anyone from a basic DIY ability and above.
Can I install onto gyprock or rendered walls?
Yes, my installation guide comes with every order and lists various DIY friendly ways to do this.
